| IL17RA（白细胞介素-17受体A）由IL17RA基因编码，是IL-17受体家族中最重要的共用信号传导亚基。它是IL-17A、IL-17F、IL-17C、IL-17E（IL-25）等多种细胞因子的受体复合物的共同组成部分，顺利获得招募ACT1等衔接蛋白激活NF-κB和MAPK通路，在炎症反应、中性粒细胞募集和宿主防御中发挥核心作用。该基因缺陷可导致家族性念珠菌病5型，表现为对念珠菌的易感性增加。 | |
