| IL12RB1（白细胞介素-12受体β1亚基）由IL12RB1基因编码，是IL-12和IL-23受体复合物的共用信号传导亚基。它本身以低亲和力结合IL-12，需与IL12RB2结合形成高亲和力IL-12受体，或与IL23R结合形成IL-23受体，顺利获得JAK-STAT通路调控Th1和Th17免疫应答。其基因突变是孟德尔遗传分枝杆菌易感病（MSMD） 最常见的原因，导致对分枝杆菌和沙门氏菌的易感性增加。 | |
